Really clean and really inviting. Every age group and every body type. I have never ever felt judged for not being super fit. The trainers are very nice and easy to talk to. Good if you want to go lift some heavy ass weights, walk on the treadmill and watch TV, or go on an elliptical. I'll reiterate - very clean. It's never smelled like a gym, aka rancid sweat and testosterone.
Great place to work up up to date fitness equipment
Good gym, great equipment and supplements upfront. The door for public access is locked sometimes before closing hours so you have to keep a key fob which is only available to membership holders.
