I used Valley Regional Urgent Care for the first time in July. It was my last time I will ever go back. The nurse wouldn't let me leave with out a boot on my foot. I voiced I didn't want it and she stated she was not letting me leave with out it. The Ins. only covered a portion of the boot and I was stuck with the remainder of the cost. I called and spoke with someone at the hospital and was told that nurse was let go and they couldn't do anything regarding the bill. I called OrthoCare and they pretty much said to bad. I have to pay the bill. I had the worst care from both of these companies and will never use either of them ever again. Be careful if you plan on using the Urgent Care in Claremont NH. You will most likely be charged for things that you either do not want or didn't ask for. I work in customer care and being treated the way I was treated from both of these companies was unacceptable !!!
This clinic is so convenient, great for working moms who can't just go the doc at pm on the weekday. Saved me so much time and money (otherwise I would need to go to emergency room). The personnel is kind and caring. Highly recommended.
