I always ask for Melinda in my Claremont office. It maybe the white river office now. Anyway she's always gone the extra mile to make us feel appreciated and knows how to dumb it down for us when it comes to some of the rhetoric that comes with bills and plans etc...Whatever you're paying her it can't be enough.
An apparent boiler malfunction became the discovery of a broken external pipe from the meter to the boiler which resulted in (1) the leakage of propane fumes; (2) the requested departure of the home owners for safety reasons; (3) the repair and replacement of the external pipes; and (4) the call to the local fire department to blow the propane fumes out of the house until it was considered safe enough for the owners to return to their home.
